Send us a tech pack, a Pantone reference or a photo of the sock you already sell. We come back with a costing, a knit or embroidery proposal and a sample — then produce the bulk to the approved sample, in your labels and your packaging.

We match the branding method to the fabric — embroidery on fleece and knit, sublimation on polyester, grip printing on performance socks, transfers where fine detail is needed. Tell us the effect you want and we'll recommend the method.

From enquiry to shipment
A first order moves through five stages. You approve each one before we start the next, so nothing is produced in bulk that you haven't held in your hand.
Enquiry & costing
Send artwork, a tech pack or a reference product with your quantities. You get a costing and a construction proposal, usually within two working days.
Sampling
We knit or sew a pre-production sample in your colours and branding, and courier it for approval. Adjustments are made until the sample is signed off.
Bulk production
The approved sample becomes the standard for the run. Yarn is dyed to your Pantone references and production is scheduled against your delivery date.
Inspection & finishing
In-line and final inspection for size, weight, colour and stitch faults, then labelling, folding and packing to your packing list.
Export & delivery
Documents, cartons and dispatch by air or sea, with your forwarder or ours. You get the tracking and full documentation on the day it leaves.
The sample is the contract
Bulk is measured against the sample you signed off — construction, colour, weight and branding. If it doesn't match, it doesn't ship.
One person owns your order
The same contact takes you from costing to dispatch. You never re-explain your order to a new person mid-production.
Dates are quoted, then held
We quote a delivery date against our actual production schedule, and tell you early if anything threatens it — never after the deadline passes.
About us
Fifteen years in Sialkot's sports goods trade
Sialkot has supplied the world's sports goods for a century. AbbieSports started inside that supply chain in 2010, producing socks, caps and scarves for other people's labels — learning what buyers reject, what fails after ten washes, and what a delayed shipment costs a club before its season starts.
In 2018 we set up under our own name, with our own production, sampling and quality control. Same people, same machines, same standards — now with our name on the box and direct accountability to the buyer.

Began manufacturing socks, headwear and sports scarves as a production partner for established labels and exporters.
2018
Founded AbbieSports as an independent manufacturer, taking direct responsibility for sampling, production and quality.

Nine product families, in-house knitting, embroidery, sublimation and finishing, supplying brands, clubs and distributors on export terms.
